He practices privately through Cabrini Hospital, Malvern, The Epworth Hospital, Richmond, Melbourne and 46 Clyde Road, Berwick. In these centres, he sees all ear, nose and throat conditions and has particular interests in cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, sinus/nose blockage and paediatric (children's) ENT conditions. Dr Michael performs these at the Epworth Hospital in Richmond and Cabrini Hospital in Malvern if operations are required.
He feels that education and research are key foundations that enhance the field of medicine and help to maintain and improve clinical skills. In relation to the former, he has been awarded a Master's degree in Education, is a tutor to the University of Melbourne Medical School, and is a member of the Academy of Surgical Educators, a faculty within the Royal Australasian College Surgeons. In addition, he has written, and coordinated ENT guidelines published by the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital and have been asked to review guidelines published by Better Health Victoria. He is also actively involved in research, has presented his research widely at international conferences, published research articles and is an Honorary Senior Fellow of the University of Melbourne.

Dr Sally Ng is a fully qualified, Melbourne trained specialist plastic and reconstructive surgeon who lives by her philosophy of patient-centred care.
